1. Recruitment :
- Scheduling medical coding candidates for the test and interview process
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to selection
- Issuing the offer letters to selected candidates
2. Onboarding Process
- Ensure to complete the onboarding process for all new joiners
- Create all IDs as required and Induct New joiners to our company policies
- Initiating Reference Check, and BGVs for all new joiners
3. Addressing the employee grievance
